Walter Pardo became a Wealth advisor in 1991 and organized his first independent financial services firm in 2010, WFP Tax Partners and Wealth Financial Partners. Since that time, he has focused his efforts on offering his clients a truly independent, private wealth management experience. Walter is the CEO of WFP Tax Partners & Wealth Financial Partners. He is a Certified Wealth Strategist and Professional Plan Consultant with Series 7, 66, and 63 licenses. Walter is licensed in AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, KS, OH, NY, NJ, IL, PA, SC, VA, and TX. He also holds active life and health insurance licenses in AZ, GA, NJ, NY, IL, KS, PA, TX, and CA (Insurance Lic# 0E05940). Walter is a Master Elite member of the Ed Slott Elite IRA Advisor Group and also a member of *SOFA (Society for Financial Awareness) a Nonprofit organization.

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in New Jersey. He was a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service for over 39 years.
After a career of increasingly more challenging assignments, Scott spent his last 14 years with the IRS as a Financial Products Specialist assigned to Team Audit cases examining some of the largest, most complex, and diverse domestic and international companies in New Jersey. These examinations required him to give technical assistance on specific issues involving specialized knowledge of financial accounting and auditing, as well as advanced knowledge of tax law.
Scott’s particular expertise is in the area of Partnership taxation. Scott served as the Partnership Issue Specialist for New Jersey for a number of years while at IRS. He has assisted on both civil and criminal litigation and has testified as an expert witness in United States Tax Court. In the last few years, Scott has worked independently representing NJ taxpayers with regard to all manner of tax controversies at both the Federal and State level. Scott has lived in New Jersey native where he currently resides in Essex County with his wife Beth and their two sons Ryan and Dylan.
